This person will be responsible for managing vendors and projects and will receive individual training from our team of experienced professionals. They will be involved in all aspects of production, purchasing, and execution of print jobs, working closely with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and clients to ensure a smooth production process. Qualifications: The Client Experience & Account Manager will be trained to perform the following essential functions and duties: Experience: • A background in Direct Mail/USPS. • Lettershop: 3 years (Required). • Familiarity with Commingle and list services is advantageous. • Account management: 5 years (Required). • Customer Service: 5 years (Required). • Personalization and Variable Data: 5 years (Preferred). • Mail Distribution Processes: 5 years (Preferred). • Print Finished Bindery a plus. • Microsoft Excel: 5 years (Required). • 3rd party vendor inventory receiving/management: 5 years (Required). • Ability to process a high volume of transactions: 5 years (Required). • Strong Customer Service Skills (Vendor/Customer: 5 years (Required). • Demonstrate strong project management skills. • Proficiency in computer skills. Ability to travel: • Chicago, IL: best-suited location based on vendor facilities. Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000
