    Job Description:

    • Identify, develop and qualify business sales opportunities through prospecting activities
    • Proactively maintain contact with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and constructively manage any complaints
    • Serve as internal sales support for pre-defined territory locations to achieve or exceed assigned sales quotas and goals
    • Build & maintain a strong sales pipeline and constantly deliver upon sales forecasts
    • Be a leader and valued contributor to the territory
    • Work closely with management and channel partners to identify, position, and sell product value
    • Make calculated business decisions regarding mark-ups, quotes, rates and returns/credits
    • Accountable for meeting assigned personal and team goals & objectives
    • Continual review of key performance metrics with management to identify ways to increase results
    • Complete and maintain accurate sales forecasts, data gathering and reports
    • Continually maintain in-depth knowledge of Cali Bamboo products and technologies, competitive products and industry trends
    • Participate in sales training programs
    • Conduct ongoing inquiries and analyses into customer needs, and also research customer trends
    • Achieve industry leading customer satisfaction levels
    • Provide recommendations regarding the improvement of customer sales and retention tools and procedures
    • Develop and maintain relationships with internal team members in order to facilitate effective communication and collaboration to support the company’s business and growth objectives
    • Consistently achieve key activity metrics

    Desired Experience:

    • Previous experience in a business development or account support role preferred
    • Excellent organization, communication and presentation skills
    • Self-starter and committed to excellence
