Key Responsibilities

· Responsible for the efficient running of all production that meets quality standards

· Ensure jobs are completed on time as scheduled and works closely with production scheduler to set daily production tasks, priorities and due dates onto the production board

· Responsible for all safety matters in the shop – personal protection, machine operation, storage of equipment & chemicals, keeping a clean and tidy shop

· Experience operating CNC, Laser, Engraver, large format printers and laminators

· Safe operation of all kinds of power tools is preferred

· Training is provided where necessary

· Familiar with production file software applications and computer tools such as work orders, production management systems and inventory, either PC or App based or both

· Works with production team to coordinate daily job activities & priorities, monthly machine maintenance, inventory updates and daily cleaning

· Previous experience required applying any kind of vinyl, familiar working with all types of substrates and media

Key Attributes

· Frequent, clear and precise communication with all staff

· Master of vinyl and its applications is a must. Expert paint spraying a big plus.

· Producer of high quality work is essential, attention to detail

· A quick efficient worker but never hurries

· Good problem solver and a critical thinker
