    Travel: ~50% (Primarily to Texas, Arizona, and New Mexico)
    Vehicle: Company service vehicle provided

    Our client is a leader in energy systems integration and equipment services across the United States. They specialize in delivering reliable calibration, maintenance, and support solutions to industrial clients in the energy, manufacturing, and utility sectors. As they continue to grow, they are seeking a motivated Service Technician to join their dynamic team.

    Position Overview

    We are seeking a skilled and self-driven Service Technician to calibrate and service a range of technical equipment for our customers. This is a remote position, ideally suited for someone based in the Houston, TX area, though other remote candidates will be considered. The role requires approximately 50% travel, primarily across Texas, Arizona, and New Mexico.

    Service Technician Responsibilities:

    • Perform calibration, testing, and routine maintenance on energy systems and instrumentation equipment
    • Troubleshoot, repair, and document service activities both onsite and remotely
    • Maintain accurate calibration records and service logs in compliance with industry standards
    • Interface directly with customers to provide technical support and ensure satisfaction
    • Follow safety protocols and operational standards during all service work
    • Coordinate with the scheduling team for efficient travel and service plannin
    • Maintain and manage a fully equipped service vehicle and inventory

    Service Technician Qualifications:

    • 2+ years of experience in field service, calibration, or instrumentation (energy or industrial sector preferred)
    • Strong knowledge of calibration standards, electronic equipment, and troubleshooting methods
    • Ability to travel up to 50% across assigned regions
    • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
    • Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
    • Valid driver’s license (required)
    • Technical certification or associate degree in electronics, instrumentation, or related field preferred
