    Job Description

    Title: Advertising Assistant Group: Communications Reports to: Advertising Sales Director

     

    The CALIFORNIA ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® is looking for a tech savvy advertising assistant to join our marketing team. The part time position interfaces with clients, manages ad trafficking, and supports the advertising team. The ideal candidate has previous work experience in media production and/or digital ad trafficking. We’re looking for a friendly person with a positive attitude, a reliable work ethic, and a willingness to learn new processes.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Traffic digital and print ads
    • Create, implement, and track email campaigns
    • Implement and traffic digital ad campaigns and monitor delivery
    • Interface with clients, manage ad submissions
    • Coordinate with vendors
    • Support for day-to-day operational issues

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Intermediate to advanced skill level in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint
    • Advanced skill level in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables
    • HTML knowledge

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • College degree
    • Photoshop
    • Google Ad Manager
    • Experience in digital media production
    • Experience in digital ad trafficking
