    Job Description

    The Customer Service Coordinator (CSC) assists customers by providing an exceptional brand experience. The CSC serves customers while striving to complete the appointment scheduling in an efficient and detailed manner through phone, email, or when in the showroom.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • When in a showroom, serves as first contact to greet all clients who visit our showroom, including assisting the clients with signing our guestbook and offering refreshments as necessary.

    • Responsible for lead management in an efficient and detailed manner for our Design Consultants, using CRM.

    • Responsible for answering incoming phone calls & emails to either the local scheduling office or local showrooms and address client needs.

    • Updating the local marketing including showroom hours on the website, social media, Yelp and Google reviews.

    • Updating and maintaining Design Consultant bios on the website.

    • Running and distributing weekly reports for rescheduled consults, open status jobs, and “pending” client lists.

    • Collaborating with Design Consultants to follow up on the “pending” client lists.

    • Sending out “client anniversary” marketing campaigns.

    • Managing digital showroom activities including local photos and keeping the “offer list current based on market.

    • Responsible for sales administrative duties including, online social media support, warranty, trade packages, additional sales support (add-ons), and other clerical responsibilities.

    • When in the showroom, maintains the showroom at the direction of their leader in accordance with the maintenance and cleanliness checklist. This includes opening and closing of the Showroom duties.

    • Tracking and maintaining client traffic reports and distributing to leaders.
      Maintains an adequate supply of the Design Consultant and Showroom samples in the showroom at all times.

    • Assists the Sales Manager with the ongoing education and training of the Design Consultants with Central Scheduling, as needed.

    • Responsible for assisting Sales Manager with any administrative needs that may arise.

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma and/or GED
    • _Associates Degree related to business & or sales administration from an accredited college or university preferred _
    • 1-2 years of experience of administrative and/or customer service experience in construction and/or in the home renovations/improvement industry – preferably within a luxury brand environment
    • Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
    • Ability to communicate politely, clearly and professionally with clients
    • Ability to work quickly and accurately data entry
    • Calendar management / regional scheduling experience preferred
    • Must be able to adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment and exercise independent though to challenges and improve the status quo.
    • Self-starter with a positive attitude, and ability to manage own schedule and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
    • Detail oriented, organized and time management skills
    • Ability to provide an exceptional client experience aligned to the company values
    • Must possess strong critical thinking, problem solving, time management, and organizational skills with the ability to work under pressure
    • Strong multi-tasking, time management, and prioritization capabilities
    • Must possess an unwavering commitment to foster a safe and event-free work environment
    • Tech savvy with the ability to quickly learn and apply various business systems (CAD, Epicor, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, etc) ****
