Job Description
The Design and Sales Consultant provides an in-home customer experience by designing and selling cabinetry, closets, home offices, garages, media centers, and other storage solutions for homes. This position includes selling, designing, measuring home spaces, and providing an exceptional experience.

Qualifications:
Design education, direct industry experience, or proven passion for home décor preferred
Outside sales experience with a proven track record of meeting metrics and known as a “closer”
Valid Driver’s License to commute to customer’s homes for appointments
Ability to kneel and stoop for on-site measuring with measuring tools
Detail Oriented in handling multiple projects at one time
Professional, assertive and always seeking a win-win
Confident, warm and friendly; consultative sales approach
Telecommute to customers’ home for a needs analysis to design a unit
Design organization unit for customers utilizing technology (ie. Laptop, Ipad) through CAD program
Attend monthly sales training meetings
Continuous follow up with the customers and collaborate with installation team to ensure job completion
Pursue referrals and repeat business
Responsible for all CAD designs turned into manufacturing using our latest computer aided design software.
Good math skills and design experience are a plus.
Experience with computer software and ability to learn CAD Programs.
