    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Based on business needs, be responsible for developing tools and reports that assist in making business decisions.
    • Develop KPI (Key Performance Indicators) data sets that can be used for monthly reporting.
    • Monitor inventory levels very closely and resolve any issues that may become apparent and notify management of shortages or other problems that could impact product availability.
    • Write inventory reports detailing inventory counts, discrepancies, and other statistical data.
    • Analyze business and inventory statistics, to include performing financial analytics to determine and optimize product usage/product purchasing.
    • Partner with the company’s accounts payables department to resolve discrepancies between the amount of inventory and vendor invoices quickly and accurately.
    • Develop and implement systems and reports for accurately managing inventory, purchasing and other areas (as needed).
    • Report to upper management (Operations, Finance, Purchasing) regularly and provides recommendations for better inventory control.
    • Collect, clean, analyze, interpret, and report multi-platform data pertaining to dataset issues.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree required; preferably Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance or Business.
    • Proficient with ERP/MRP business systems, Epicor preferred, in a manufacturing environment with super user responsibilities.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in inventory management.
    • Advanced Excel and SharePoint skills
    • Epicor BAQ Single table data lookup (with-in 90 days of employment).
    • Knowledge of Epicor Inventory, Receiving, Shipping, PO, SO, Jobs and Quote forms. Able to identify form field table origin/location (with-in 90 days of employment).
    • Basic knowledge of relational databases (ERP).
