Our beautiful new Santa Rosa Beach Design Center & Showroom is a VIP lounge for our Clients and Designers to visit and work in versus a retail store and we like it that way. Our Customer Liaison greets visitors like their concierge to an amazing Brand Experience with California Closets. If you are outgoing, have an interest in Design, Beautiful Things and Organization along with solid interpersonal and good computer skills who can work with multiple team members to help coordinate their schedules and support them, we would be a great home for you.

We are hiring a detail oriented people-person who is dependable, can work in both a fast-paced environment and a quiet, library-like vibe at times as well. We provide training, you bring a positive attitude and a personality that matches this beautiful oasis of inspiration for our Clients to come see our quality, learn about the company and enjoy our hospitality..

This is a Full Time position Mon-Friday, and we are closed all major holidays. You would help coordinate and support our Design Consultants as they hold Client meetings in our showroom or at their home. You'd also be a key part of helping us host events, trade partner meetings and other community/social events.

Our idea candidate has a customer service and style/design flair along with skills to manage the Client relations as well as help support our office/administration needs by making phone calls, emails and text communications to Clients to set/confirm their meetings. This is an hourly position, steady hours in a beautiful sales environment. The primary responsibilities are to attend to the showroom, take and make calls to schedule Consults and support walk-in appointments for Designers.
