Job Description:
Our St. Rose location has a position for an apprentice installer (helper/Flex position) to load and stage jobs and assist our Certified Installers on closet and custom storage installations in Client homes across Louisiana and areas across the Gulf Coast. Must have valid driver's license and clean record.
We are looking for someone with a positive attitude along with a strength and attention to detail to grow with us along the way. Our Team wins when everyone does their part and helps each other achieve the objective.
Hours are typically Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 4pm with occasional overtime or flex schedule for regional deliveries on occasion if needed. Strong communication and ability to learn and execute with an interest in building/construction skills a must. Forklift certified a plus or we will train/certify. Must be focused on results and a team player for us to be successful.

Responsibilities:
Part of a team where you will receiving materials, stage and organize them onsite (we will train you) and prep jobs for installation.
Collaborates with lead installer on job to ensure proper quality of materials and completion of jobs.
Be accountable for results and celebrate the wins.
Interact with Clients and Fellow Team Members effectively and respectfully.
Occasionally drive company vehicle, lift and safely store component materials weighing up to 50 pounds each, up 1-2 flights of stairs safely and delicately.

Qualifications:
+1 Years of construction or handyman work
Communicates clearly, and professionally while reading materials list and measuring accurately.
Light construction or hand tool experience a plus.
Detail oriented and ability to handle multiple objectives at a time.
Positive attitude and willingness to be part of a Team, being dependable and punctual.
Forklift certified a plus but we will train, must have valid Driver's License & be safety conscious and willing to grow with us.
