    TRAINING IS COMPELTED IN OPA LOCKA POSITION WILL BE IN MIAMI SHORES.Our showroom associate will serve as a point person for all client, employee, and partner communications. The showroom attendant, with training from our team will be an expert on all California Closets products, designs, styles and service. The attendant will be the face of the showroom, delivering an exceptional experience while supporting the operational needs of the office.

    About you: You are passionate about helping others educating on interior home designs. You have a way of delivering top - notch customer service You can follow directions well and you understand what it means to be a team player. Looking for 2 part time or 1 person full time. In addition, the following also describes you:

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills, professional with clients.

    Able to multitask & manage time independently.

    Has experience using a CRM application.

    Must have a customer centric motivation; bubbly and warm personality

    Experience in customer service; Possess exceptional phone etiquette, verbal and written communication skills

    Punctual and reliable

    Has 1-2 years’ experience working as a customer service representative, preferably within a luxury brand environment

    Administrative experience a plus

    Speaks Spanish & English - required

    A design minded orientation & high level attention to detail a plus.

    Be available to work holidays that our office deems a shopping holiday (i.e presidents day, veterans day etc.)

    Social Media experience is a plus ++ ( Instagram, Facebook and/or others)

    Possibly able to work Saturdays.

    Responsibilities:

    Daily opening/closing responsibilities - Making sure the showroom is upkept, tidy and to the highest standards.

    Receive incoming showroom phone calls and emails and direct appropriately.

    Assist showroom clientele with scheduling in person or video design consultations.

    Serve as first contact to greet all clients who visit our showroom.

    Assist clients with showroom tours and general product and process inquiries.

    Assure showroom is clean and ‘on brand’ for incoming clients, including displays.

    Visual merchandising assistance and maintenance.

    Assists the internal office team with administrative tasks and reporting as needed.
