Responsibilities include conducting psychological examinations and testing, as well as diagnosing, recommending treatment for patients with adjustment disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, multi-trauma injury, chronic pain, brain injury, and other mental health issues. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills are necessary since you'll be working with an interdisciplinary team, case managers, and other treatment providers to coordinate and collaborate on care. Responsibilities: • Evaluate and analyze behavioral or emotional patterns that might help patients better understand and anticipate their own behavior • Establish treatment plans and therapeutic procedures, as well as track client progress via regular interactions or sessions • Identify psychological, emotional, behavioral, or organizational issues and diagnose disorders • Provide mental health services (i.e., individual, couple’s, family therapy) addressing mild to moderate levels of severity • Conduct psychodiagnostic assessments • Share your expertise with other clinicians and learn from their specializations • Supervise doctoral interns and postdoctoral fellows • Participate in weekly team consultations Qualifications: • 1-3 years of supervised experience under a licensed psychologist is required • Must have exceptional analytical skills, communication skills, and observational skills • Current state licensure approved by the ASPPB (Association of State and Provincial Licensing Boards) in the state you practice • This position requires a master’s degree and a Doctorate of Psychology (PhD, EdD, PsyD) • This position requires passage of the EPPP (Examination for Professional Practice in Psychology) • Licensed Psychologist in good standing in California • Ability and willingness to learn new treatment modalities and work in a team environment • Passion for supervision and training • Experience with Electronic Medical Records and computer proficiency • Certifications in therapeutic modalities (EMDR, DBT) are a plus • Ability to conduct therapy in another language is a plus • Experience working with insurance panels is a plus Compensation: $110,000 - $130,000
