We have an immediate opening fat our Los Angeles, CA office for a FIELD OPERATIONS ADMINISTRATOR.
SUMMARY: Responsible for providing data entry and administrative support to field sales/field operations teams.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Make calls to offices and hospitals as needed for sales and kit management activities
- Perform kit inventory transactions in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012
- Perform provider, facility, and large group practice updates in SalesForce
- Communicate effectively with Field Sales representatives to understand their needs and bridge to solutions
- Utilize Microsoft SharePoint to process transactions from various departments
- Ensure data integrity by performing data validation and research
- Provide data entry and administrative support to the Field Sales and Field Sales Operations teams
- General administrative duties as needed
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
- Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
COMPUTER SKILLS:
- Knowledge of Contact Management systems; Database software; Internet software; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software
