    Job Description: We are seeking dynamic and experienced Sales Team Leads to join our rapidly expanding sales department. As a Sales Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in collaborating with sales associates, providing leadership and training, ensuring the achievement of individual and team sales quotas, engaging potential customers, identifying their needs, and ultimately closing sales. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and communication skills, coupled with expertise in consultative sales and negotiation strategies.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Collaborate with sales associates to foster a high-performance sales culture.

    Develop and implement effective training programs for sales teams.

    Ensure individual and team sales quotas are met or exceeded.

    Engage with potential customers, identify needs, and recommend appropriate products or services.

    Utilize consultative sales and negotiation strategies to close deals.

    Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to enhance the performance of the sales team.

    Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and customers.

    Requirements:

    Bachelor's degree (Preferred).

    Minimum 3 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years of experience in leading sales teams.

    Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

    Social intelligence and the ability to navigate diverse customer interactions.

    Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.

    Willingness to work in North Hollywood, CA, and ability to commute or relocate as required.
