What will allow you the chance to get this job will be your enthusiastic attitude and motivation to get the job done. You will be going to homes in and around the Sacramento area that we are renovating and help us push those projects to completion. Our skilled Handymen are able to do flooring install, cabinet install, painting, small drywall repairs, general finish carpentry skills, lighting fixture installation, get materials to the job site, and want to learn what they don't already know. Responsibilities: • Project management • Cosmetic home updates • Managing sub-contractors • Rental property maintenance Qualifications: • General carpentry • Painting • Minor drywall repair • Flooring repair/install • General home repairs • Bilingual in Spanish (not required, but preferred) Compensation: $35,000 - $40,000 yearly
