California Home Finance is searching for a producing Sales Manager to take charge of our already successful mortgage loan origination department. The right candidate will have the desire and drive to manage their own pipeline of loans while assisting with the training, development and management of a loan origination sales team that can handle the flow of business generated from our Real Estate and Escrow company brands. 

We offer a generous commission split on personal loan production, generous over-rides and bonuses on your team's production and an equity stake in the business.

Qualifications:

• BRE and NMLS licenses required
• Natural Salesperson
• Self Motivated
• Familiar with Calyx Point
• Able to lead a team
