The Customer Service/Data Specialist will provide clerical and administrative support. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, computer savvy with good knowledge of Excel.
DUTIES INCLUDE:
• Provide clerical, administrative, and data entry support.
• Collect, review and analyze data, prepare reports.
· Invoicing and preparing orders.
• Schedule, coordinate, and maintain calendar appointments.
• Screen incoming calls and emails; set appointments with employees, customers and vendors.
• Greet visitors and callers, route and resolve information requests.
• Track cost center expenses.
• Create and update spreadsheets and reports.
• Process invoices; create check requests for approval.
• Open and sort mail.
• Purchase and keep inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Coordinate space and office organization.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
· High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
· 1-3 years of full-time customer service experience.
· Must be proficient in MS Office Suites: Word, Excel and Outlook.
· Must communicate effectively orally and in writing.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Personable, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong attention to detail.
· QuickBooks experience a plus.
· Bilingual English & Spanish preferred, but not required.
· High School Graduate/ GED.
