THE SCHEDULER’S primary responsibility is to schedule production orders. The right candidate must be hands-on, a collaborative team player with a positive attitude, and adapt to challenging situations. THEY MUST BE FLEXIBLE WITH THEIR SCHEDULE BASED ON BUSINESS NEEDS.

DUTIES INCLUDE:

· Manage component inventory and compare with customer orders.

· Communicate with purchasing on availability of materials.

· Schedule products and quantities to be run on each manufacturing line.

· Verify Materials for orders.

· Print schedules Warehouse and other departments.

· Customer interaction and feedback.

· Print and review custom orders.

· Print and distribute production tickets.

· Notify management of all shortages due to production delays.

· Understand component procurement, process flows and standardization.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

· 1+ years of experience in production planning/scheduling role in a manufacturing environment.

· Strong attention to detail, with a high degree of organization.

· Ability to handle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

· Ability to solve problems under pressure

· Ability to work with minimal supervision.

· Experience using Microsoft suite

· Excel experience is a must.

· Strong communicator, both written and verbal

· Bilingual English & Spanish preferred, but not required.

· High School Graduate/ GED.
