Must have ability to follow proper grading of plastic, fiber, and trash.

Ensure and execute proper and efficient feeding of the baler with different commodities

Ensure complete production reports, load sheets and preventative maintenance logs.

Ensure documentation and photographing of trash and contamination and report to sales and management.

Ensure and execute proper sort and segregation of different commodity types to ensure quality standards

Ensure quality of final staged product

OCC Bales .5% of prohibitive and 2% of out throws

A Film 98% Clear Film

May be required to unload trailers of material to be processed

Follow LOTO steps

Ensure production goals are met.

Working Conditions

• This job operates in a recycling/industrial environment. This role routinely uses heavy equipment and tools such as fork lifts, trucks, trailers, power tools, and brooms etc.

• This employee is constantly required to walk, stand, sit, balance, kneel, stoop, reach and lift and carry up to 50 pounds. - Work around machinery with moving parts and work around moving objects and vehicles
