JOB DUTIES INCLUDE:
Responsible to generate 6 new qualified customers monthly
Responsible to generate 44 new ongoing tons of fiber monthly
Build a pipeline of at least 40 hot prospects
Develop new customer relationships through existing customers, door knocks, cold calls and company supplied leads and other customer referrals.
Obtain new accounts in designated territory
Understand completely the services offered, the equipment needed to offer those services and the parameters of service
Track daily, weekly and monthly activities and achievements
Generate quotes with prices, terms and special instructions
Manage purchase orders for customers dictating all special instructions
Handle and oversee the onboarding procedure and timely delivery of service
Travel throughout existing territories to contact potential and existing customers
Visit existing customers (during and post engagement) as needed and dictated by service type
Assist with customers by phone at headquarters
Follow up with customers to ensure excellent customer service and company branding
Investigate and resolve customer service issues
Audit weekly and monthly reports for loads received and ensure continued performance of customers
Execute company strategies as directed to win new business and fortify existing customers
Establish and maintain a consistent corporate image throughout all activities
Represent company at trade association meetings, events, conferences etc.
Meet with key customers to maintain and expand existing relationships and drive more services
Prepare regular sales reports and quarterly progress as directed by management
Evaluate market pricing through superior customer relationships and industry exposure
Provide timely forecasts, trends and information on the industry and competitive climate
Develop productive and long-term relationships with customers
Support the business mission and vision by modeling desired behaviors, communicating and reinforcing key messages through daily activities and interactions
THE RIGHT CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS:
2 years’ experience in Outside Sales & New Business Development
Competitive Drive, Resiliency, Follow Through and Positive Attitude
Recycling or Commodity Experience Highly Desired
Experience calling on distribution centers and/or manufactures
College degree highly desired
Experience in CRM programs
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Quick learner and intelligent
Excellent multi-tasking and project management
Strong organizational skills
Strong MS Office and computers skills
Ability to learn new software quickly
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving skills
The desire to do the job right every time
COMPENSATION PACKAGE:
Salary $48-58 DOE
