JOB DUTIES INCLUDE: • Knows the customers and understands their individual needs • Studies customers by reading reports • Prepares strategies to increase customers efficiencies and profitability’s • Provides feedback to customers • Overseeing and guarantee great customer experience and service. • Creates strategies for the company to maintain clients as real fans. • Follows strategies. • Maintain great communication with customers by visiting, calling, responding emails, creating marketing campaigns, etc. • Prepares reports, report to managers and oversee own metrics. • Meets targets and provides results for customers retention and satisfaction. • Understands the industry. • Being organized and disciplined. • Contributes with ideas. • Masters territory and contributes with market expansion and brand recognition by getting referrals, making calls, knocking doors, attending and/or organizing industry events, etc. THE RIGHT CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS: • 5+ years’ experience in Customer Service & New Business Development. • Proven records. • Leadership skills • Strong work ethic. • Ability to create strategies. • Great customer service skills and verbal and non-verbal communication • Positive Attitude • College degree – Highly desired. • Recycling Industry experience – desired. • Ability to cold call and execute on high volume activities including calls, emails, meetings, etc. • Experience in CRM programs • Quick learner and intelligent • Excellent multi-tasking and project management • Strong MS Office, Google Sheets and computers skills • Effective communication and interpersonal skills • Strong problem-solving skills • High desire to advance. • High Volume sales • Bilingual COMPENSATION PACKAGE: - Salary $55,000 to $75,000 (4-5+ years & proven track record) - Group Health Insurance, Medical, Dental, Vision and Life - 3 days PTO - Accruable Vacation Time - Paid Holidays
