Job Description

Under the general supervision of the VP of HR and HSS, the Health and Safety Manager will have a minimum of 5 years progressive experience overseeing OSHA/CAL-OSHA, Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT), and equivalent safety programs. The HS Manager will work closely with CSE management to ensure the execution of all OSHA/CAL-OSHA policies and procedures. The HS Manager is responsible for ensuring new hire, one-time, and ongoing OSHA/CAL-OSHA training, reporting and activities. The HS Manager is responsible for regularly auditing company wide operations for compliance. Provides management and leadership to the Company's OSHA/ CAL-OSHA programs. Maintains all Health, Safety, and Security records in compliance with federal, California and Nevada state, and local regulations. This is a safety sensitive position and falls under federal drug and alcohol regulations.
