Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Include the following. Other duties will likely be assigned.
Complete daily attendance
Lesson plan (according to curriculum)
Asses students and evaluate their progress
Set individual learning goals for each employee
Support needs appropriate to activities and task
Develop employees presentation skills to promote speaking with confidence
Provide productive feedback to improve the employee learning goals
Contribute to a positive teaching and learning environment
Follow all policies and procedures

Qualifications

Preferred Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Education
TEFEL/TESOL or ESL Certification
2 years Teaching experience in English

Ability to teach multiple levels of ESL

Compensation Range: $25.00-$35.00
In addition to a competitive salary, Full-time roles are eligible for additional compensation and benefits including: vacation time, sick time, bereavement leave, paid holidays and medical benefits and 401(k) savings plan.
Factors in determining the appropriate compensation for a role include experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The Annual Full Pay Range may be broader than what we anticipate to pay for this position, based on internal equity and budget.
