Swimming Pool Repair Technician Needed!

California Waters is looking for a dedicated Senior Repair Technician to provide pool maintenance on specified pools, fountains within a route. This person is responsible for maintaining pumps filters and plumbing required for commercial swimming pools, fountains and splash pads.

EDUCATION, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 2+ years’ experience as a commercial aquatics repair technician in commercial water features, swimming pools, aquatic facilities, splashpads and man-made lakes
• Knowledge of water chemistry, and state and local regulations and guidelines for the operation of public swimming pools
• Demonstrated ability to identify and report any issues with pumps, motors, filters, chemical controllers, auto fill systems, UV Systems
• Possession of a clean driving record and valid CA Driver’s License
• Active certifications in CPO, AFO, NPC, LACEH preferred (lapsed certification acceptable)
• Ability to pass a drug test and physical test
• Must be ready to be at your first stop at 5am
