Responsibilities
Assists with all admin tasks to the VP of Marketing on daily and week needs.
Assists the development of destination brochures and ensures all materials are accurate and completed.
Assists the development of integrated program launch communication campaigns and sales tools for consumers.
Reviews marketing content and design to ensure that marketing projects meet established project objectives.
Leads the development and implementation of port guides for onboard passengers, ensuring accuracy and completion according to predetermined schedules.
Supports the development and implementation of educational port videos, according to predetermined schedules.
Makes recommendations on tactics and looks for opportunities to enhance port marketing initiatives.
Leads the development of new focused communications that promote agent-based and corporate initiatives.
Maintains and develops new sales support materials for assigned trades.
Maintains and updates content on company website
Requirements
BA/BS in Marketing or related field.
Minimum three years of experience in marketing as corporate client or in a marketing agency.
Experience in managing integrated communications projects across multiple media is critical.
Strong organizational skills and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Requires the ability to analyze, negotiate and present solutions on complex issues, including marketing content and design, as well as strategy and tactics.
Excellent interpersonal skills required for communication with management, clients, related departments, agencies, designers and colleagues.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and InDesign is a plus.
