Human Resources Assistant
Overview:
The Human Resources Assistant will assist with Human Resources preparation/processing. The Human Resources Assistant must have the ability to implement quality control measures to ensure accuracy and compliance, adapt to new policies, and implement new procedures based on leading practices.
Key Functions
Process all New hires
Maintaining accurate and acceptable files on each employee in accordance with company policy and procedure.
filing all incoming employee paperwork
uniform ordering for all new and current employees
any time sheet and payroll adjustments
helping all locations with employee accounts
I9 filing and audits
Setting up systems
Assist Payroll and AP department administrative related tasks as needed.
