RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS

• Process the leads that come in daily from the various lead funnels utilizing Calimingo Pools sales techniques and systems.

• Approach high-end builders and architects in desirable areas and develop mutually beneficial relationships in order to win repeat business.

• Reach out and develop new relationships with real estate agents and superintendents in brand new housing track communities in order to win repeat business.

• Excellent organizational skills

• Consistent follow up with new prospective clients (80% of sales happen after the fifth follow up phone call).

• Creating estimates using Calimingo pricing algorithm and cross referencing job costs to secure consistent profit margins.

• Design skills are a plus (we use VIP 3-D for design and estimating. It helps to have basic 3-D rendering skills in order to create estimates and make Basic revisions to the designs. We have a dedicated design department but these basic skills can be a timesaver when hurrying to close a deal).

• Excellent people skills are imperative. You must have a good understanding of how people think so you can deliver the best possible experience to our clients and the most mutually beneficial outcome for all parties involved.

• Strong work ethic is also necessary for success in this position. As a sales person you may get a call on a weekend or in some cases even on a holiday with a client wanting to close a deal.
