We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Call Center Agent to join our team in Sandy Springs, GA. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing accurate information, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities
Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner
Provide accurate information about services, policies, and procedures
Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate issues when necessary
Document interactions thoroughly in the internal system
Follow communication scripts and adhere to company procedures
Meet individual and team performance targets
Collaborate with other departments to ensure client satisfaction
Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
Proven experience in a call center or customer service environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with computer systems and typing speed of at least 40 WPM
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
