    Key Responsibilities:

    • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner.

    • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.

    • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments.

    • Document customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the system.

    • Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers at all times.

    • Meet personal/team performance goals and call center metrics.

    • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company updates.

    Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent.

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

    • Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle challenging situations.

    • Proficient in using computers and call center software.

    • Excellent multitasking, time management, and organizational skills.
