Job Description

We are seeking to hire Call Center Agents to join our "WORK FROM HOME" team !

You will be responsible for helping customers by providing them with different career options via inbound calls.

REQUIRED:

• Able to work MONDAY-FRIDAY 9AM-5PM
• Have a Computer/Laptop WITH internet to work from home
• SERIOUS ABOUT STARTING IMMEDIATELY!!!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle customer inquiries
• Provide information about different products and services

​QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE IS PREFERRED, BUT NOT REQUIRED
• Will consider applicants with consistent work history in customer service, sales, or related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients, work independently, prioritize and multitask
• Positive and PROFESSIONAL DEMEANOR IS A MUST
• Excellent communication skills
