Call Center Representative
Chesapeake ENT, a division of Chesapeake Specialty Care, is hiring a Call Center Representative at our office location in Owings Mills, MD. The Call Center is a busy, fast-paced environment where all phone calls from our 4 office locations are routed. Call Center Representatives schedule all appointments as well as triage patient questions to determine if the call needs to be transferred. Salary is commensurate with experience.

Education and Experience:
Call center experience is required, preferably in a medical office.
Computer/technology savvy a requirement.
High school graduate or equivalent required.
