Our company is seeking Part-Time Call Center Representatives - PART TIME - ENTRY LEVEL

Shift is: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM Pay: 14.00 + Bonus!

Responsibilities: • Make outbound calls and provide accurate information in a timely manner. • Answering customers questions and referring them to the necessary resources to solve their concerns. • Responsible for keeping record of information received in conversations and log it into the database. • Be able to work with management to ensure proper quality and productivity goals. • Responsible for generating 6 LEADS a day / 30 a week • Make a MIN of 350+ calls a day

Skills & Qualifications: • Strong communication, both verbal and written • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments • Computer literacy & Phone skills • Bilingual ( is a plus; not required )

Training will also be provided - "Entry Level" applicants are also encouraged to apply. • This is not a sales position, but this IS A SALES ENVIRONMENT. We do not offer remote/ hybrid positions. In-Office only.
