Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
Provide clear, accurate, and timely information to clients and internal teams
Maintain detailed and organized records of calls and interactions
Follow established communication scripts, guidelines, and procedures
Escalate complex matters to the appropriate department when necessary
