    ****Position Summary

    We're looking to hire two motivated individuals to join our Call Center team in Elk Grove Village. This is a great opportunity for candidates who are passionate about customer service, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and are eager to grow within a supportive team.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • Handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls to schedule, confirm, and reschedule customer appointments.
    • Provide accurate information about services and resolve scheduling-related inquiries with professionalism.
    • Use scheduling software and CRM systems to manage calendars, update customer records, and document interactions.
    • Proactively reach out to customers regarding upcoming appointments and confirmations.
    • Address and resolve customer complaints related to scheduling with empathy and efficiency.
    • Follow communication scripts while adapting to individual customer needs.
    • Maintain detailed records of all calls and scheduling activities.
    • Collaborate with team members and departments to resolve conflicts and improve scheduling processes.
    • Meet or exceed performance metrics related to call handling, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
    • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on company policies and enhance service delivery.
    • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

    • Familiarity with scheduling software and CRM systems preferred.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Excellent listening, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
    • Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
    • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, etc.).
    • Knowledge of flooring services is a plus.

    Education & Experience

    • No prior experience required!
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus.
