    We are currently seeking a Call Center Representative to join our customer service team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, providing high-quality assistance and support via phone. You will work in a fast-paced environment where excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills are key.

    Responsibilities

    • Answer inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner

    • Provide accurate information about services, products, and policies

    • Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, or issues effectively

    • Document interactions and maintain detailed records in the system

    • Follow call scripts and procedures while meeting quality standards

    • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client satisfaction

    • Meet or exceed daily performance and service goals

    • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree is a plus

    • Previous customer service or call center experience preferred

    • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills

    • Ability to handle a high volume of calls while maintaining professionalism

    • Proficiency in using computer systems and call center software

    • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

    • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
