We are currently seeking a Call Center Representative to join our customer service team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, providing high-quality assistance and support via phone. Responsibilities
Answer inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
Provide accurate information about services, products, and policies
Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, or issues effectively
Document interactions and maintain detailed records in the system
Follow call scripts and procedures while meeting quality standards
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client satisfaction
Meet or exceed daily performance and service goals
Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree is a plus
Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
Ability to handle a high volume of calls while maintaining professionalism
Proficiency in using computer systems and call center software
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
