Hello! Our company is seeking Part-Time Call Center Representatives We are located in the beautiful City of Coppell, TX (Cypress Waters)

Shift is: Monday to Friday (Not including Federal Holidays)

Time: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Pay: 14.00 + Bi-Weekly Bonus!

(This is Not a Sales Position) We are an In-Office Company: We do not offer remote/ hybrid positions. Training Provided: Entry-Level candidates are encouraged to apply! Room for Growth: Yes

Responsibilities: • Make outbound customer calls and transfer to the appropriate party.

• Leaving & Relaying messages to maintain customer contact.

• Responsible for keeping record of information received in conversations and log it into the database. • Be able to work with management to ensure proper quality and productivity goals.

Skills & Qualifications: • Strong communication, both verbal and written • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments • Computer literacy & Phone skills
