Next Comms Talk is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Call Center Representative to join our growing customer service team. As a key point of contact for our clients, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to inquiries, and ensure every customer receives timely and accurate support.
Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally
Make outbound calls to follow up on customer issues when needed
Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions
Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate unresolved issues
Provide product and service information clearly and effectively
Meet or exceed performance targets and call quality standards
Collaborate with other departments to improve customer satisfaction
