Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
Make outbound calls to follow up with customers, provide information, or resolve issues.
Assist customers with product or service questions, billing inquiries, orders, and technical support.
Accurately document customer interactions in the system.
Resolve complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude.
Meet performance metrics, including call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer experience.
Stay updated on company products, services, and policies.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred).
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Proficient in basic computer applications and CRM systems.
