    • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

    • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies

    • Handle and resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently

    • Document all call information according to company policies

    • Follow communication scripts and standard procedures

    • Escalate calls to the appropriate departments when necessary
