Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies
Resolve customer complaints or escalate issues when necessary
Maintain customer records by updating account information in our system
Meet individual and team performance targets
Follow communication scripts and call center protocols
Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to improve processes and service quality
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with computers and customer management systems
