    Responsibilities

    • Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner

    • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies

    • Resolve customer complaints or escalate issues when necessary

    • Maintain customer records by updating account information in our system

    • Meet individual and team performance targets

    • Follow communication scripts and call center protocols

    • Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to improve processes and service quality

    • Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is a plus
