Your Mission (If You’re Bold Enough to Accept It):

Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing team of inbound and outbound phone sales reps

Create a culture of accountability and winning—set the pace, lead by example, and never settle for average.

Build and implement killer sales training programs that level-up new and experienced reps alike.

Monitor daily KPIs, call conversion rates, booking rates, and revenue per rep—live in the numbers and use them to coach effectively.

Partner with leadership to roll out aggressive outbound campaigns to both new and existing customers.

Drive operational excellence with scalable systems, efficient workflows, and relentless execution.

Report performance insights to executive leadership with clear, data-driven recommendations.

What You Bring to the Table:

3+ years of call center sales leadership—you’ve built teams, smashed goals, and developed closers.

Proven ability to hire, train, coach, and inspire phone-based sales reps.

Strong understanding of sales psychology, objection handling, and value building over the phone.

Fluent in KPI-driven coaching and confident making data-backed decisions.

Experience with CRM and call tracking platforms

A fire-in-the-belly attitude—you thrive on competition, coaching, and closing.
