    Day-to-Day Responsibilities

    • Answer inbound calls from individuals exploring tax relief options
    • Build rapport quickly and communicate with confidence
    • Identify client needs and present tailored solutions
    • Handle objections and guide conversations effectively
    • Close deals in a high-volume, structured sales environment

    Schedule & Environment

    • Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
    • One half-day Saturday per month
