One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning is searching for an upbeat, positive, and engaging person who enjoys working in a call center atmosphere and may have experience dispatching technicians in a service-related industry. This position will require candidates who have a certain amount of flexibility with their schedule.

You will make a competitive base salary plus enjoy uncapped incentive pay and bonuses. In-house training is provided and support and guidance is never ending. Experience dispatching Service Technicians is a big plus!
Call Center Specialists are also responsible for:
· Responding to general customer inquiries regarding company schedule and requested lead times, equipment service, and invoicing
· Scheduling appointments with customers
· Contacting previous customers for renewal and prospective customers for new services
· Maintaining and ensuring accuracy of call details
Those qualified should:
· Have flexibility to work a 40-hour/wk rotating schedule (work 5 days in a row, have 2 days off) that is made a month in advance. Our call center operates 7 days a week from 6:30am-11pm. In order to be considered, you must have that flexibility. After a minimum of a 3-month training period (M-F 8am-5pm), you would be considered for a hybrid work schedule. .
· Be able to effectively manage potential conflict resolution through clear and courteous communication while addressing all concerns efficiently and expediently
· Have a minimum of two (2) years related experience working with customers directly.
· Be proficient working with various computer programs and have the aptitude to master our in-house CSR program, and have good typing skills
· Have a geographical knowledge of our service area and/or map reading skills
All Call Center Specialists are expected to to pass a pre-employment drug screen, as well as undergo a thorough background check.
