Responsibilities: • Lead and develop a team of customer service representatives • Monitor inbound and outbound call activity • Coach team members on phone skills, appointment setting, and follow-up process • Track performance metrics and drive continuous improvement • Work closely with sales management to maximize showroom traffic and sales opportunities • Ensure a professional and positive customer experience Qualifications: • Automotive dealership experience preferred, Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, strong communication and organizational skills, ability to coach and develop others, CRM experience Compensation: $20 - $25 hourly
