About the Role: MBA CONSULT US LLC is seeking experienced debt collection professionals with native-level Spanish and fluent English proficiency to join our growing team.

As part of our debt collection team, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, negotiate payment arrangements, and resolve outstanding cases with professionalism and empathy. This role requires resilience, strong communication, and the ability to balance firmness with customer care.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage inbound and outbound collection calls
Negotiate and arrange payment plans with clients
Handle claims settlements in line with company policies
Maintain accurate records and database entries
Resolve cases efficiently while ensuring compliance with regulations
Key Requirements (What We’re Looking For):
Spanish: Native speaker
English: Fluent / professional working proficiency
Previous experience in debt collection or financial services within a call centre environment (strongly preferred)
Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and time management skills
Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
Clean criminal record
