Job Summary Five Star Bath Solutions of Los Angeles County is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Call Confirmer to own our local sales calendar and keep our appointment pipeline running smoothly. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact after a lead comes in — reaching out quickly, confirming key details, and making sure every appointment is set up for success.

What You’ll Do:
Confirm appointments with clients via phone calls
Manage the calendar and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update client information in our database.
Learn and master a scripted confirmation process to verify home ownership and surface any specific needs or concerns ahead of the appointment
Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure seamless communication and client satisfaction.
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and provide feedback for process improvement.
Proactively reschedule appointments to earlier available time slots to optimize the sales calendar and reduce gaps
What We’re Looking For:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Self-driven & motivated
Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.

Work Hours/ Compensation:
This is an fixed weekly rate role with a performance bonus structure. Phone coverage is needed daily between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
