Position Summary: Develop, evaluate and track financial education initiatives and Money & Beyond Program through channels like (but not limited to) social media, website and events. Create educational and engaging content to open the doors to our member’s financial health. Support other marketing activities, as needed, that will help our members be confident consumers of financial products and services.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Help develop, execute and continuously evolve educational content, webinars, blog posts and videos (i.e. Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, callfederal.org, etc.) to reach current and prospective members.
Identify, evaluate and maintain relationships with third-party financial education content providers to boost the financial health information we are able to offer our members.
Present workshops and webinars at various locations including: schools, businesses, community organizations, branches, special events, etc.
Promotes financial education program and opportunities to Call Federal employees through Call Central and meetings with branches and other departments.
Manages financial education program tracking (i.e. reach and engagement on digital content, attendance at events and member feedback).
Works with Certified Credit Union Financial Counselors to develop counseling tracks for life stages and other member needs. Track success and effectiveness of counseling program.
Responsible for the Call Federal Youth Program including creating educational activities for children and parents as well as representing Call Federal at youth-focused events.
Work with other departments (Retail, Collections, Call Federal Retirement & Investments, etc..) to develop and advise on financial education content to help them achieve Call Federal business goals and improve our member’s financial health.
As part of the marketing team, works on special projects as assigned including but not limited to assisting with promotions and marketing events.
Advocate and demonstrate company brand

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience which provide the required knowledge, skills and abilities
2-4 years of experience in a marketing or banking role
Strong writing, presentation and communication skills
Attention to detail and the ability to manage complex projects simultaneously
Ability to communicate effectively through social media
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Acceptable background check; credit, criminal and insurance
Environmental Factors and Physical Requirements:
This position requires the employee to work indoors in a typical office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to have ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to visit other locations, and the ability to stand, walk stoop, kneel, crouch and manipulate (lift, carry, move) light to medium weights of 1-25 pounds. Requires good hand-eye coordination, arm hand and finger dexterity, including ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate equipment and read application information. The employee frequently is required to sit, reach with arms, talk and hear.
