  • Responsibilities

    Position Summary: Responsible for handling back office administrative duties relating to the Member Solutions Department. Accurately documenting, posting, and gathering any documentation which supports the corresponding action.

    Essential Functions and Responsibilities: • Gather appropriate documents needed to file bankruptcy proof of claims and accounts that are being turned over to the attorney for collection. • Provide accurate account info and document each account according with the corresponding action. Communicate with attorney as needed. • Process and track bankruptcy and attorney payments accurately. • Process disability, life, unemployment, and hospital claims accurately and apply payments from the GL when received. • Process GAP and total loss claims from insurance carriers. Communicate through phone, email, or USPS. Process total loss and GAP payments accurately and provide insurance carriers with a letter of guarantee. Notate the account in detail according to corresponding action. • Garnishments/ Tax Liens o Review account and place proper holds if necessary. o Respond timely by the requested due date. May include processing a check from the members account. o Document each account with information that was provided accurately. • Advocate and demonstrate company brand. • Other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent. • Acceptable background check; credit, criminal and insurance. • Self-motivation and the ability to work alone and in teams effectively. • Communicates clearly and effectively through verbal and written methods. • Working knowledge of Windows, Outlook, Word, and Excel.

    Environmental Factors and Physical Requirements: This position requires the employee to work indoors in a typical office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to have ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to visit other locations, and the ability to stand, walk stoop, kneel, crouch and manipulate (lift, carry, move) light to medium weights of 1-25 pounds. Requires good hand-eye coordination, arm hand and finger dexterity, including ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate equipment and read application information. The employee frequently is required to sit, reach with arms, talk and hear.

    Hours: Monday-Friday 25 hours a week (onsite) with flexible hours (between 9a-5p).
