We are a Plainview, NY-based moving company looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our team. The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, managing administrative staff, and ensuring our customers receive excellent service. Responsibilities: * Research and identify potential customers in target markets * Cold call potential customers to introduce our moving services and generate new business * Follow up with potential customers and provide additional information as needed * Meet or exceed sales targets and goals * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system Qualifications: * Excited to learn and be part of a team * 1+ years of experience in cold calling or telemarketing (Preferred but optional) * Excellent communication and persuasion skills * Friendly Tone of Voice and demeanor Pay: * The foundation of our pay structure is You - that's why we believe anyone can be successful in this position.
