REMOTE - WORK FROM HOME - CUSTOMER SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE We are seeking a Full-Time REMOTE Customer Support Representative to actively assist our current customers with any concerns or questions. This is a work from REMOTE Home Opportunity. We are looking to hire 3 Night Shift Customer Support Representatives to work REMOTELY from home. • Night Shift - 4pm to 1145pm CST - Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday Responsibilities: • You will be responsible for handling any and all of the support tickets and chats that come into our ticketing/chat software • You may also handle questions and inquiries from our Facebook page • This is a work from home opportunity Qualifications: • Ability to multi-task without any degradation in quality • Must be a proficient written communicator • Use punctuation, correct spelling, etc. to form a clear, concise, and proper email • Must be able to use emoji's in our chat and tickets to convey tone, excitement, and overall like-ability via written communication • Must be able to handle inbound calls as well as support emails in a timely manner • All support emails must be answered within an hour • All inbound chats must be answered within 2 mins of a customer sending a request to chat • Must communicate directly with management for any assistance or questions you are unsure of how to answer • This is a work from home opportunity Compensation: $13 Hourly
